This policy applies to all users, administrators, moderators, and third-party integrations of the Kumhar Pariwar app. It governs user behavior, content submissions, community engagement, and reporting mechanisms.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited within the app:
- CSAE Content: Any content that depicts, promotes, or solicits child sexual abuse or exploitation, including but not limited to child pornography, grooming, or inappropriate contact with minors.
- Inappropriate Interaction: Attempts to contact minors for any sexually suggestive or exploitative purposes.
- Sexualization of Minors: Any content (text, images, videos, or links) that sexually depicts or implies sexual behavior or exploitation involving minors.
- Grooming or Predatory Behavior: Any behavior that appears to establish an emotional connection with a minor to lower their inhibitions for exploitative purposes.
4. Content Moderation
User-Generated Content (UGC): All user profiles, posts, and messages are monitored for compliance. AI-based filtering, keyword detection, and human moderation are employed to prevent abuse.
Reporting Mechanisms: Users can report suspicious or inappropriate content via in-app tools. All reports are reviewed promptly and seriously.
Content Removal: Any violating content will be removed immediately, and offending users may be suspended or banned without notice.
5. Age Restrictions
Kumhar Pariwar is intended for users 13 years and older. Users under 18 must have parental consent and supervision.
Age verification measures are implemented during sign-up, and misrepresentation of age is grounds for account suspension.
6. Legal Compliance and Reporting
We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities.
CSAE violations will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local cybercrime units, as required by law.
